Sticky sliding window.

My sliding windows in the slideout bind on the rubber seal on the bottom. What can I use on the seal as a lubricant?
Thanks for any suggestions,
Warren.

3 in 1 makes a spray lubricant for slide outs, That I use almost on everything, Also try WD -40.

Agree with the above poster about the window slide lube. I can't remember where I purchased mine, probably Wall Mart. Didn't seem to make too much of a difference right at first, but after opening and closing the windows a few times, they started moving freely again.

I use a dry spray lube. I think it was for bicycle chains. I use it on everything.

Just purchased the 3 n 1 RV window lube at Walmart, still tight and a loud squeal on a couple windows so I’m hoping a little time will help. I seem to notice the vertical seal on the fixed pane is the source of the noise, I’m not sure I want to spray the lube on that.
