Talking 2014 Fuzion 390 Chrome

Can someone please tell me the dimension's of the battery box on a 2014 Fuzion 390?

I bought the unit 6 weeks ago but did not pick it up yet, I'm going next week to get it, the person I bought it from say's it needs new batteries, I would like to know how much room I have so I can install 2 6V batteries.... The lady has no clue even where the batteries are....

Oh yea the Fuzion 390 is a 4 hour drive from my house so I cant just run over and measure it.

PLEASE HELP

Todd

Welcome to the forum

Are the batteries in it unserviceable or just discharged? Doesn't take that long for the parasitic drain to run the batteries down. Do, you know if they are both in a single battery box or in separate boxes. I would figure them to be group 24 and a quick Google can get you the dimensions. Where is this trailer located?

On further thought: RV's use top post batteries with a stud for a looped wire connector. I would go to the nearest battery recycler and buy a reconditioned battery for $50.00, take it with you and, BAM your good to tow it home. ANY automotive 12V battery will do, your just powering the break-a-way switch. The lights and regular braking voltage will be supplied from the tow vehicle.

The battery compartment on the 390 can only hold a single 12 volt battery. The box just fits the single battery. I would measure it if I was heading to the unit today.

We do have the 390 chrome. We absolutely love the trailer. We added a cabinet to the garage and made a few other modifications and have had a blast each time we have taken it out. The only real issue we have had is with the cable tv being fuzzy. A minor annoyance in the grand scheme of things.

The next time I am at the unit I will take a picture and make some measurements.
