Contact southco (http://www.southco.com/en-us/) for instructions on resetting key codes when the originals are lost.

Keypad program

See my reply to XNMAN earlier today. The dealer never gave me the keyfob either so I bought one. Briefly call Keystone Customer Service and ask them to e-mail you a PDF of how to do it. It is multiple pages, so I'd recommend you print a copy to follow as you do the programming.

We didn't get keyless entry...

We thought that we were suppose to get the keyless entry on our 2014 Raptor 332TS but when I took delivery, it wasn't on it. I'm really not sure if we should have gotten it or not. I see some are having problems with it. Maybe it was a blessing not to get it?

Well I figured the battery in our 2012 Avalanche Keyless entry keypad was dead I changed it. Yep you guessed it now it does nothing. There was no corrosion on any of the contacts. I can push all the buttons and no red lites in keypad and no responce from door lock.

After a few email to Southco the mfg. of lock system Lippart send me a new keypad no cost. Now to try and find the Receiver for programming. Looked inside door panel and found actuator for deadbolt lock. So I guess now to unload basement to remove back wall and look for receiver.
Does anybody know where it is located.
