Bumper to hitch length on Bullet 295BHS?

Hi there. We are planning to buy a used 2010 bullet 295 bhs, however I can't figure out the length. We have 35.5 feet from the gate to the fence to keep this locked up in the backyard. Will this unit fit? It shows at 33.6 feet, but I can't find anything that tells me if that's just the box or if it includes bumper and hitch. Has anyone measured one?

That length should include the tongue and bumper, the overall length. One thing to consider though is the spare tire.
