I’m guessing on a couple of things, your truck is gas and the trailer is a fifth wheel? It looks like with a trailer GVWR of 9996 your pin weight will be around 2100 lbs. I think that leaves you with about 1000 lbs payload capacity. The numbers look good to me.

Congratulations on your new trailer!

Jim, you've been a member here for a long time. What if Danny, xrated, Logan and Rhagfo come on and all answer that you are over gross? You've been towing that Cougar which is basically a heavier RV for years. I also believe you are within spec's by a little, don't front-load the new RV (hard to keep your basement light) and don't run with much in the bed.
Think maybe you're asking this a day late and a dollar short?
And before I forget, congrat's on the new RV. I looked it up before starting this post and it is a very nice RV and also for a comfortable price!
