Battery maintenance

I have always need to check 12 v batteries , but never really have followed this practice. I checked my battery the tigger day and could that the cells were almost dry. When this is the case get some distiller water and refill the cells. It is also helpful to do a deep cell recharge. It cleans the plates in each cell armoires longevity on the battery

Good idea. With the proliferation of the term "maintanence-free" batteries, many people think they don't need to check water level in a vehicle battery (or in our case deep-cycle ones)...ever.
