Residential Refrigerator Upgrade - Vent Covers

I recently had our Gas/Electric fridge swapped out for a residential refrigerator. What have people done to close up the vent covers in the back of what was needed for the Gas/Electric model that I think (unless I am wrong) the same venting isn't necessary. I have the 368MBI unit.

If it were mine I'd glue or somehow attach some rigid foam inside the cover, this would be much easier to winterize the ice maker with access to the back top & bottom.
