The magic yellow sticker that puts a protective force field around the vehicle to make it safe. So it’s the sticker that provides safety and capability, not the equipment. So if I make the truck a low rider and put little skinny tires and wheels on it, it’s still safe because the yellow sticker says so. Wait, common sense would tell me that the equipment is not as capable as the OE equipment. However, if I make upgrades, common sense doesn’t apply because the sticker says so. You guys crack me up.
