I too agree that a 4000w peak 3500watt continus gen will be perfect for what you want. the honda is quiet but the moaning from the pain of forking over the cash will sway you to the champion.. i have heard them both run the honda i$ quieter but if you move away from the champion it will not sound that much louder. and from your post you do not sound like the type of person that will run into the wee hours ticking of everyone near you! go honda if you can swing it but the champion is also a good unit too. camp on!

Thanks for all of the great advise. I will go will the Champion since my preference is to camp as far away as I can from anybody else. I stated at the beginning of the Thread that I did not want to buy a generator only to find out I need something bigger for my needs (I already did that with my Tow vehicle) so I will go for the 3000W minimal per your advise.....
