The short bed 2011-2016 Ford diesels have a 26 gallon tank. The long bed has a 37.5 gallon tank.

I thought the 31 gallon tank on the Ram HD trucks was too small. I have a 1/2 ton with a 32 gallon tank and 6.5' bed. I can't imagine having anything smaller, but I only get about 9 MPG.

I get just slightly better mpg but don't want to start looking for fuel, want to stop when and where I want not when beginning to get low in the middle of nowhere .

For whatever it's worth, I've decided to go with a 65 gallon Titian replacement tank..

37 gallons isn't a big hindrance until you get off the freeway... which we do frequently... now all I need is $$$$
