Movie Projector

Can't believe no one has started a thread related to this topic. But I know many of you have projector and screen setups that you use for outdoor movie night at the campsite. I'm looking to purchase a projector without spending a lot. Looking for the best picture at $200 or less. Would like to be able to project a decent image at up to 100".

Any suggestions? For a screen my current plan is to just hang a white bed sheet.

I purchused this projector and this 16:9 Matte projection screen for outdoor movie nights. We use a JVC portable bluetooth speaker for sound.

I attached heavy duty velcro Command strips to the back of the screen and it secures nicely on entry (passenger) side of the trailer.

Screen, Velcro, and Projector were all less than $200. Just looked at current prices. Now about $150.

Don't expect indoor theater quality. The projector upconverts to 1080p. But for a campground, it works wonderful. As a matter of fact, using it tonight for the kids in the campground.

I got this when it was on sale for $56. It works great on an outdoor screen. I did movie night in my front yard a few weeks ago and it was amazing. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Fun, we were talking over the 4th camping weekend about getting a projector and screen. Good info, thank you!
