Were you on the force when the snoopy scandal came to light? IIRC it was San Quentin print shop.

Now an RVIA registered tech. Retired from Law enforcement in 2008 after 25+ yrs.

San Quentin print shop printed all the State ID's and substituted Snoopy in the state seal. I think it took 2 years for someone to notice.
