Do you know if Sterifab is available in Europe? The OP lives in Belgium.

Fixed link to the wrong product; now should be the Dicor non-sag lap sealant.

Yes, worldwide. Here is the link for buying in Belgium: https://www.desertcart.be/products/65741279-steri-fab-mixed-insecticide-16-oz-by-steri-fab

Hugo,
Have you tried looking for Dicor on Amazon? You mentioned you couldn't find it locally.
It can be shipped from US/Canada to Belgium starting at $99 Canadian.

I have MaxxAir vent covers on my vents. I leave at both vents open when the trailer is not in use. It has been in Myrtle Beach for the last 18 months, mostly in storage, and there is no smell or moisture inside. When I kept a trailer closed up tight in the winter in Pennsylvania, it seemed to get musty. Leaving the vents open cured it.
When you get the leaks fixed, let it “breathe”.

Hi, I have had some moisture issues as well and I think they are coming from the wheel spray underneath. Even though the bottom cover looks good the seal around the black plastic and main frame is not and could get into the unit slowly. I noticed that the area in questions seems to be over the wheel area. Just a thought. Brian Mysticloon

This is the exact reason that Keystone does not recommend covering.
