Greystone microwave door button sticks

I must push various spots on the microwave door button or slam the door before it will pop out to be able to turn on. 8 months old! Could button be repaired or new microwave?

Unfortunately in the RV world, it would need to be replaced as they are considered non serviceable

They sell spray stuff for computer keyboards that might work. Try an office supply company and spray before replacing.

I hope it works for her, it didn’t for me.

If the thing is out of warranty is can't hurt. I replaced a microwave in a Forest River toy hauler I owned with one from Walmart and it did fine. Had to drill a couple small holes in the cover (not penetrating the stuff that keeps radiation in) and fit the brackets that retain the microwave in the hole. I bought the one I did mainly because of its size which was similar to the old microwave.
