Dometic 4 door fridge closing issue

I don't have the model number of the domestic 4 door fridge on our 2021 cougar 364. But the swinging "flap" that closes on the left side of the fridge doesn't always close. the guide barely catches and more often than not doesn't. I thought our fridge was going on on our 2nd trip because the temp wouldn't get lower than 40. It was at 33-34 before our trip. Anyways i don't know how to adjust the door so it sits higher, or adjust the flap so it sits higher.

Has anyone else ran across this issue?

More common than you think. Remove the left door (the one with the flap), put a washer on the hinge pin and put the door back on.
