Cougar 27SGS Air Conditioner

Does anyone know the make and model of the 15000 and 13500 Btu units installed in the 2020 Cougar Half Ton 27SGS 5er?

I do not want to clamber on the roof at my age and Keystone has not answered my e-mails. I am interested in installing an RV Airflow unit in my 15000 unit and can't for the life of me find the unit info. There even is no information on it in the package with all the manuals etc that came with the unit.

On some air conditioners, you can remove the filter door on the INSIDE ceiling panel, use a flash light and read the model number from the ID tag in the rooftop unit... On some, you'll need to remove the entire ceiling panel to access the ID tag.

Keystone used either Coleman or Dometic air conditioners for most of their models, but last year, like this year, when the "factory supply of parts ran out" they switched to any variety of parts. So, there's no assurance that someone else's 27SGS will have the same air conditioners on the roof, even if they were "side by side" going down the assembly line.....

Now that Furrion and GE are also making RV air conditioners, there's even more chance of your trailer not being the same as .....

If you have a Dometic thermostat you will have Dometic A/C and if Coleman, you will have Coleman A/C. There are pictures on the RV Airflow website to show you what the different A/C guts look like from underneath; keeping in mind you need to remove the lower section of your A/C from underneath to match.

I have two small thermal sensors that are connected to the InCommand system.
Not sure how to identify those as they are pretty small and not like a conventional thermostat. I think I’ll go to the trailer tomorrow and pull the filter and ceiling cover as previously suggested. ��

Went to trailer and pulled the air filter and the section with the air dump grille. Turns out the A/Cs are Dometic Brisk II. One is 15000 BTU and the other is 13500 BTU.

If anyone is curious, like I was, the unit model #'s are B59516.XX1C0 (15k)
and B957915.XX1C0 (13k) Apparently the XX can be anything - the others are the important numbers.
