2 slide outs not retracting

2006 cougar 5th wheel. Living room is rack and pinion (I believe) bedroom is electric (also guess) I have 2 slide outs that are out and will not retract. New battery and plugged into shore 30 amp plug. Both of the slides will not move and no motor noise. 30 amp fuse is good. There is a light in the fuse panel that lights up when pushing the button to retract. Looking for solutions!

What year, make and model of trailer? What kind of slide? Do you have power to the trailer? Are you running off shore power? The more details you provide the better the answer will be vs guessing about a hundred different variables.

I take it the slides are electric not hydraulic? Look for the resettable circuit breakers near the battery. They are the small rectangular shaped things with two posts. Some will have a reset button on them.
