If you've actively reset the GFCI outlet (or maybe 2?) by pushing the TEST button and observing the reset button pop out, then pushing the reset button back in and ensuring it stays engaged, then I suspect a loose connector in an outlet. If the ones that are inop are all on the same side and you do have a working outlet on that same side, the next outlet downstream from the breaker box is the suspect, in my opinion. Remove the first INOP outlet and inspect for a solid stab connector on that outlet. Also examine for breaks, burns, etc. If that outlet looks good, I would then go upstream and remove the last remaining WORKING outlet and also examine the wires there.
