Looking at the Armada LE

Question, we are looking into purchasing an Armada LE with Auto Leveling (factory air shocks) and was wondering if anyone here tows with auto leveling. I am guessing my initial set-up of my Equalizer (1000lbs bars) would be with the truck off, then once dialed in start up the Auto Leveling?

By spreading the axles an additional 10" The extra wide stance equalizes weight & provides superior towability.

Adam, I would think that raising the rear after setting the bars would overload them somewhat. Does Nissan use air to auto level? Some auto makers are using shocks that hydraulically pump up or down as you drive a short distance. I would check the owners manual or customer service and hope that you can speak to someone that is knowledgeable. Perhaps someone else has experience with this set-up but I think each TV would be unique in this case. JM2¢, Hank

The Armada is utilizing air shocks, I just talked with a friend who use to Tow with his and for his initial set-up he kept the truck off/auto leveling off and set-up his EQ just like you would with no Auto Leveling. Once the truck starts with everything dialed in it will just raise the rear back to the factory position.

Thanks for the input.....
