Forgot all the other weights, but if I remember correctly from my truck just the dry hitch weigh is over what the reciever on the truck is rated for. Think it is rated for 1050 and his dry hitch weight of 1300 is already past that, and that's not even getting into payload issues. Any way you slice that one WAY WAY over all it's ratings besides towing capacity as long as he barely has it loaded. wrong truck for the job. I went through all this when I was originally looking at 33 ft trailers, even if I was fine on payload and towing, my actual hitch weight was another problem to look at.
