Keyless entry keypad

My keypad for the keyless entry seems to consistently lose it memory. now it does not seem to have any power to it. Is there any info about Keystone having chronic problems?
Thanks!!

The one on our Alpine has never worked. When I took the trailer into the dealer to get a few minor things fixed just before the warranty expired, the service advisor said "oh, those things never work." I told him if it's just an exercise in futility, just forget about it. He said no, we've got to fix it. They said they fixed it, tested it & it worked. We still can't make it work, so we're just going to forget that it's there.

Had the same problem, so I pulled the fuse for it. I wasn't going to trust it because it locked me out a couple times. OR You might replace its batterysee if that helps.
