AC Not Working - Starting Capacitor Location?

Before I dive in anymore our brand new 2022 Springdale AC doesn’t work. Dealer is a trek away and if it’s just the capacitor I’d rather just deal with it.

Fan turns on and blows just never blows cold and I do not think I hear the compressor ever start. Went up top I only see 2 capacitors which based on docs are the run cap and fan cap. Model of AC is “Mach 3 Plus A/C” model # is 48203C969

Is there no starting capacitor? Is it relocated somewhere else? I traced the yellow and it just plugs in down below to what looks like the roof control panel.

Go up on the roof and pull off the cover to the AC. Iirc, it will be on the port side (drivers) of the unit under a metal housing.
Make sure you “unload” it before touching it!
Also look and make sure no oil has leaked out. Mine did and was warranteed.

Yeah there’s no starting capacitor. If you look at the image I attached there’s just the run cap and the fan cap. Took it in for warranty at this point.
