5th wheels valve stems with TPMS

Hey guys,
Last year I put TPMS on my trailer. My valve stems are rubber at the base and metal on the stem. TST recommended metal valve stems. I had ordered some, but I'm having trouble finding ones that fit my cougar. Because of the weight of the sensor it wears on the rubber base, causing a leak. Has anyone run into this, and can recommend a valve stem?? Thank you,
T.J.

Did you contact your local tire shop?

Many of us are using Ford N-1600 valve stems. They fit the Sendell aluminum wheels used on many (maybe most) Keystone trailers.

Here's a thread discussing them: https://www.keystoneforums.com/forum...ord+valve+stem

Post #5 has links to purchasing them.

I had similar issues with my old 5er and a Tire Tracker TPMS system. I picked up these and never had a problem again.

I upgraded my tires to LRE and asked for metal valve stems at that time. No issue at all.
Then added the TST 507 TPMS.

I had mine done by the tire shop and they indicated no problems with this one or my last Cougar High Country.
