unexplained water leak, 2018 av 320 rs

Unexplained water leak underneath the RV. while the 5th wheel was in the storage building, with the tanks empty or nearly empty. noticed water dripping out from under the belly pan.
While investigating the issue started removing the belly pan to expose each tank and lines.
Found that the factory had installed screws to hold the belly pan to a cross bracket that just happens to be below the galley tank. The galley tank is resting on the belly pan supporting cross brace below the tank. The screws did not penetrate the bottom of the tank but made stress cracks, gouges from the threads and small cuts where the screws touched the tank. The weight of the tank with water in it had pushed the 1 1/2" screws over enough to bend the brace.
Applied 2 coats of tank black pvc glue to the damaged area and let cure and also covered damaged area with epdm rubber roof repair material, sticky side to tank. also installed heavy/thick foam weather strip across cross brace.
The screws have been replace with carriage bolts through the brace and the foam weather strip also covers the carriage bolt head to protect the tank further. will know on memorial weekend trip if repairs work.
