Problem with slide out in Cougar 21RBSWE

This morning when I retracted the slide on my 5 month old TT, the one side of the slide out raised more than 2 inches from the floor of the trailer. Estended again, there is a more than 1 inch gab at the top of the slide on the same side. It is like something has come out of adjustment. Does anybody have an idea what this is, and what a repair will involve. We have just started full timing, and don't have the possibility to go to the dealership where the unit was bought. I will come to Rapid City SD on Wednesday and I hope the Camping World there can and will do something about it, because we plan to go south next Sunday.
