Smile old/new

I had been on this forum some number of years ago - had to re-register. We have an '08 Challenger 5er towed by an '07 Chevy Duramax 3500 dually. We are based on the western side of Colorado but are currently in Idaho near American Falls (at Indian Springs RV Resort). We spend 5 months in Southern Arizona (Tonopah). Thought I'd get back on here and see what I have been missing.

I think it was Dick Noble but I couldn't get back on with that name.

Want to know how the nick-name Dick came from Richard?
In middle ages England it was against the law to make fun of the King's name so those old Englishmen shortened the name and rhymed with it:
Richard - Rick - Dick
Robert - Rob - Bob
William - Will - Bill
James - Jam -Jim
So most nick-names are a political satire.

Welcome back! One things for sure there is a lot of good people and great info here. We're on the other side of the divide...funny how those mountains split our State. Enjoy being back.

Welcome back, "Richard". FYI your previous account/membership had been deleted since it was "inactive" for 2+ years.
