It sounds like your fridge is not getting AC power fot the heating element.

First check: remove the vent cover on the outside of the trailer behind where the fridge is. You will see the controller board and the workings of the fridge. There will be an electrical cord plugged into a socket there. Unplug that cord and plug something else into the socket that draws a significant amount of power like a clothes iron or a hair dryer. If that Item works, then the next most likely problem is a burnt out heating element in the fridge. If the plugged in item doesn't work, then there is an electrical fault to that power point. Unless you're comfortable working on electrical wiring you'll need expert help to trace and fix it.

I agree with the previous poster. The lights on your "eyebrow" are powered by your DC system, which your fridge has no problems with. But they're telling you that your AC element isn't being activated by AC power.

OPÖ your fridge is the Dometic 2652 seriesÖ

Link to service manualÖ.

http://techsupport.pdxrvwholesale.co...ual-RM2652.pdf

First thing to check after your verify 120 volts AC at fridge plug in receptacle is check the 5 amp glass fuse as indicated in pic .. yellow arrow points to it

Use the TS tree in the manual Iíve given you a link to and you should be able to resolve your problem.

Also read the section that tells you how fridge works on LP mode, Elect, mode and Auto mode.

Same Problem

Wondering if you got it figured out. I have a 2015 Hideout and have the same problem. It works great on propane but won't let me change to electricity. I have power to the outlet so out of all the suggestions on this thread, I would say the burnt out heating element might be my problem. Hoping you got it figured out and know for sure though.
