It sounds like your fridge is not getting AC power fot the heating element.

First check: remove the vent cover on the outside of the trailer behind where the fridge is. You will see the controller board and the workings of the fridge. There will be an electrical cord plugged into a socket there. Unplug that cord and plug something else into the socket that draws a significant amount of power like a clothes iron or a hair dryer. If that Item works, then the next most likely problem is a burnt out heating element in the fridge. If the plugged in item doesn't work, then there is an electrical fault to that power point. Unless you're comfortable working on electrical wiring you'll need expert help to trace and fix it.
