We have 2009 Cougar SAB 318 that has the same lites you are talking about. Our switch is located beside the button for the front jacks. Look there. Hope this helps.

If I were to troubleshoot this problem, I would first start by checking the bulbs in the lights, see if they are good or even there, if they are, then go to the distrubition source in the trailer (the power converter) and check the 12v fuses, make sure there are no blown fuses and that all fuses are in place (the load ID should be labeled), next I would remove the switch and check that there is 12 volts appearing on one side of the switch, if there is then operate the switch and make sure that 12 volts is actually being switched to the lights, if it is then check for 12 volts at the light itself, if not, then we have a wiring problem and by following the wire back to its 12 volt source we should find the problem. Just a suggestion. Sorry for the delay in the post.

The switch is located next to the front leg control and is usually marked "Docking Lights". If used when hitching they tend to blind you instead of helping. JM$.02 Hank The back of the switch is exposed in the front storage area and it is easy to disconnect a wire or damage the switch. I would check this location first.
