Slide topper rubbing

Greetings all, recently I noticed the slide out bouncing when I was opening it up. After further examination, it appears the main the main roller tube of the awning is bending in the middle of the roller tube and rubbing against the top end of the slide out.

Is this an adjustment problem? Or something much more serious?

How long is your awning tube? In feet?

Its about 12-14 feet. Its a living room slide so it covers the sofa and adjacent dinette booth

Also checked and it appears to be a dometic
