I have had one just recently installed on our Cougar 5th. The folks at CW who installed it, didn't take the pin weight of the RV in mind and the air bag was incorrectly positioned. It was placed too far back - for a heavier pin weight. I moved the air bag forward and reduced the pressure which has made a big improvement. While the new pin box does not eliminate all of the chucking and vertical "bounce", it does reduce it by quite a margin. I am still experimenting with the air pressure and working with 50 lbs at the moment. I might also move the airbag forward one more hole to the very front position to see how that works.
If you want to discuss this any further or ask questions, you can PM me if you like.
Hope this helps.
