Who is the manufacturer of the cable slide system? It is not LCI1 as shown in the Owners Manual. I am trying to locate the manual slide control for this unit in case I should ever require it. No info was included in my package for this unit.

Also, how can I remove/replace one of the AC rotating ceiling vents if I locate another vent which allows me to better direct the air flow as well as rotating. Upper rear bunk can get very hot.
