in all likelyhood all the lights run off 12V. the outlets are 120V. If you have been unhooked from shore power for more than a week or so and you didn't either disconnect the battery or use a battery disconnect switch to disconnect the battery, good chance the battery is completely discharged from radio/CO detector/LP detector draw from the battery.
First thing is it charge the battery and make sure the breaker to the converter panel is turned. Then check all the 12V fuses and check the battery voltage. If you have a panel for fresh water/grey water/black water/ levels, push the "battery" button and see if anything lights up. If not, dead battery. Battery indicator should show all the red lights on if it is charged.
