The Arctic package on Springdale trailers is a "mandatory option" which means they put it on EVERY one of them and since it's an option, they can advertise a lower MSRP for the model and charge more for every one of them at the dealership. Plus, since it's an option, it's not included in the "shipping weight" or calculated into the tongue weight for "the model brochure"...
The package itself is an "advertising gimmick" which doesn't provide much, if any improvement in cold weather camping. With the r-1 windows, all the holes in the trailer frame and the inefficiency of the furnace to distribute heat effectively, the trailer is not much more "efficient" than a tent, however it's much more comfortable, even with the cold floor.
