Rubber Roof
Is supposed to lay flat up there? Cause mine doesn't. No leaks but just want to make sure its "normal"

Normal? No. Very common? Yes. Mine has had some similar spots since new that have not shown any signs of getting worse, so I am not concerned. YET! Not much of an answer but. JM2¢, Hank

That's a good practice regardless.

How often have you cleaned and conditioned it? Should be done at least 2 times a year.

Cleaning a roof with bubbles will not make the bubbles disappear. I know of several people who have them and; as Hank mentioned in his post, they need watching but are not a cause for alarm. You should become concerned if they start to become larger and more bubbles start to appear.

Wrinkles in rubber roof are quite common but I would say yours (from the pic) seem to be more than what I have seen. Definitely keep an eye on the sealant on the roof for cracking

seems to me that when the skylight was installed is when the wrinkles appeared

I have personally never seen a rubber roof on any brand of trailer that laid perfectly flat with no bubbles anywhere.
