dual cam adaptability?

So here is my question? Can the dual cam sway system work with any type of hitch. I have an eaz lift hitch with the round snap in bars that are straight where the chains connect. I had to get another hitch for my brother who also tows the trailer and that is a draw tite with round click in bars also, however those bars have the bend down at the end by the chains. I was wondering if I would be able to install a dual cam sway with these parts. I just installed a friction sway bar, but from what I've read, those are not too useful. I will be towing a 30 ft trailer with a tahoe so sway will probably be an issue. I have only towed from dealership to storage so far and wasnt too bad originally and def felt better with friction bar but seems like dual cam would be way to go. So first question is will it be an option, second question is I just had to drill 6 holes in trailer for friction bar bracket, am I going to have to drill more holes now. thanks for advice guys. You all have been great, I don't know what I would do without internet and forums like this.

Reese and Draw-Tite are two sides of the same coin. They are both Cequent companies and their products appear identical on their websites. Their part numbers are similar and their product descriptions and pictures are identical. The parts are the same.

The Reese rail kit I bought a few months ago had Reese stickers on the parts, but the box was marked Cequent.

You could order a Draw-Tite dual cam. It's all the same stuff.
