These switches



Can anyone telling me what these do? I didn't get a walk around from a tech guy since I bought this 2012 premier 31bhpr used and the previous owner only used the trailer once and was not knowledgable on it. Help please!

Those are for your water heater. The left one is for the electric element, and the right one for propane.

If your water heater is a suburban, you will also find a rocker style safety switch located in the outside HW compartment. It will be on the lower left, behind the burner tube. This switch is there to prevent accidentally turning on the electric heating element when the HW tank is empty and frying the heating element.

Just a side note i always flush out the tank and test both elec and propane after bringing out of storage.

MAKE SURE THE TANK IS FULL OF WTER BEFORE TESTING

Sorry for yelling just wanted to make sure u got that point it will fill your coach full of smoke if u do not
