I'll look around at work, we used to have some small portable air tanks that I could fill and borrow. It won't do as well as the compressor but easier to transport. I just have to find the time to get back out there!!

IMO, the most vulerable section of PEX that you omitted is the city water connection port and its one way valve. It's very likely that from that point to the Tee with the water pump is filled with water, not antifreeze. If you do nothing, you'll probably find a busted valve body in the city water inlet come spring. I'd think that using compressed air to push that water away from the city water inlet will serve to protect that valve body and the water you push into the PEX tubing probably won't be enough to dilute the antifreeze that's already there. I think you'll be find with just using a small amount of air (AT PRESSURE BELOW ABOUT 25-30 PSI) to push that water away from the inlet valve.
Otherwise, unless you have a problem with a plugged black tank flush nozzle, removing the anti-siphon valve will allow the small amount of water in that side of the black tank flush loop to drain down, into the black tank (about a cup or so of water) and lay on the bottom of the black tank. It shouldn't cause any issues either, so I agree with Danny, nothing to cause you to re-winterize, just take care of those couple of vulnerable spots and you should be OK.
