welcome to the forum

Are you picking up your new trailer from the dealer? If so then they should give you an orientation and demostration of ALL the different items in your trailer.

You most likely have KeyTv and that module is often times in the convenience center. It is labeled for cable in and satellite in. Nothing really to do other than to make sure the TV is set to the proper input and do a channel scan.

And if you are going over the trailer today MAKE SURE they thoroughly go over every facet of the TV operation, satellite etc. KeyTV is notorious for failures and problems so don't leave there until they have proven that all of the functions on it work properly.

What is confusing when seeing a question like this is trying to determine what a 2020QB is. Bill, put together a signature with year, make and model of your camper and the same for your tow vehicle. Also, are you Huntsville Texas or the other place (Alabama)? Signature building is under UserCP top/left of each page and make sure you save it. Good luck and since I have no idea what connections you refer to, can't be of much help.

Hi Bill, from just to your west (I'm pretty sure you're in Ontario)! Welcome to the site.
