My wife and my first trailer. Perfect size trailer for the two of us. We have 6 kids (5 married) and 14 grandkids. A couple of my sons are already eyeballing the trailer to borrow in the future.

I’ve already use this forum to get several answers related to inverter plugs and reading up on generators. Looking forward to learn a lot more, both for fun and survival in the travel trailer world.

Sounds like you're set up to have some fun.....if you can keep the kids away from it! I liked your comment "for fun and survival in the travel trailer world". Boy that's the truth. They can seem like a real pain if you let it get away from you. Don't hesitate to ask questions or voice concerns as you navigate into the "travel trailer world", it really is quite fun.

Thanks, looking forward to it.

Hello Rusty,

Nice setup you have there!

No wonder the kids will want to borrow it!

Travel safe and have fun!

Rusty, Welcome to the forum. Great picture of you and your daughter!

Sorry, can't help myself... you would do well to put together a signature. UserCP at top/left of each page then make sure you save it. Year, make and model of camper and same for tow vehicle. Will help when you ask a question to receive answers with more context. Good luck!

Thanks, George. I think that my posts where my signature doesn't show up may be due to posting from my phone instead of my computer. Sounds weird, but when I go back and look at my posts, that seems to be the case.

Didn't think of that as I don't look at the forum using my phone. Really don't care for tapatalk.

Of course I missed the “daughter” comment. Hahaha. As with most men, I married up.

Just an observation. I noticed you do not have a weight distribution or sway control hitch on there. You may have one and I don't see it or it is not attached right now. I know opinions may vary on this but to me that is an essential if you have not invested in one yet. Happy traveling.

Good call. I installed a CURT 17601 TruTrack 2P Weight Distribution Hitch with 2X Sway Control, Up to 10K, 2-in Shank shortly after I took that picture.
