Un level fridge on electricity

I know the fridge needs to be level while running on propane, but does it need to be level while using electricity? I'm at the angle I need to just back up and hook onto my Anderson Hitch, so maybe a bit more angled than usual. I've usually been okay to run on electricity with a little bit of an angle, but right now the check light is on and nothing is working.

Needs to be level (within 2 degrees) when running on propane or electricity.

Welcome to the forum

As stated above, the fridge needs to be with 3 degrees of level to operate. If the “check” light is on then the LP flame didn’t light.

Make sure you have propane in the cylinder(s), the LP is turned on, and all the air is out of the lines. Light the stove to check for propane.

Is the fridge on a slide?

As mentioned, the refrigerator needs to be fairly level to work properly.

Running of Propane or Electric, the process is the same.
The only difference is in how the Ammonia solution is heated.

That solution still has to travel down through the tubes via "gravity" in order to cool the unit.
If the unit is not very level, the flow process will not be very efficient and result in poor cooling.

Like what was said, heat source does not matter. The more you operate the fridge un-level, the shorter it's life due to corrosion of the plumbing. I have had an ARP device since 2015 after we had the second replacement cooling unit installed and the fridge has been working great ever since. A lot of good info at their site and the product does what it promises. https://www.arprv.com/
