super slide hitch

what do you use on the rails and on the 5th wheel plate???? (LUBE) would like a lube plate but want fit my hitch have a 3750 model rv with a moride hitch

I use a Silicone Dry Film Lube spray on the rails for my slider. I also use a lube plate on my TrailAir Air ride pin box. Plus the use of grease around the king pin, that is contacted by the jaws of the hitch.
I have seen other 5er’s with the MorRyde pin boxes use the lube plate between the pin box and hitch, but you will still need to use grease around the king pin between the pin and jaws.
