Behind a Class A, it would be fine, I've seen similar arrangements in lieu of a conventional trailer. They are handy for straight jobs.
BUT... behind a trailer I would be very careful about the state regulations, that you plan to tow thru, regarding "Recreational Double Tows" aka "B Trains", aka "Double Bottoms". Even though they 'rigid hitch to the rig, they are still technically a trailer.
Also keep in mind that the "swivel axle" arrangement, will also need considerable extra space to the rear and sides when making even the slightest turn. The rigid connection basically creates extra overhang for the towing vehicles primary axles. Even though the weight is carried on the swivel wheels, there will be an amazing amount of "sweep" when turning, and maneuvering.
Good Luck!
