How are you communicating with the device? Bluetooth/wifi, the bluetooth controller (wireless) or the wired controller? My paperwork says nothing about sleeping or waking. Get into the settings and change that setting that jxnbbl stated.
My unit will turn on or off from that panel

Although I have the remote and bluetooth I did not use bluetooth in my testing and although I've had mine for a while, the other day was the first time I've had it 1. disconnected from shore power 2. left with the battery connected and 3. didn't use/enter the trailer for 2 days (although I think the default setting is 24 hours).
I just looked and both the XC and non charger have the feature. Look for "power save mode"

Resting after getting it installed. No setup done yet. Had to totally change from the method I had to a different mount method, upside down of course and I get nauseated doing upside down. Getting old sucks. I did see power saving mode in the list of settings when I perused the manual. I will have one vent that I can use for one of the fans tho and I like that part of the relocation.

On mine, I have to disconnect the Bluetooth module from the inverter, and then press the power button on the inverter. Sometimes have to press the power button several times.

This may not help, but I have the same system. when the trailer was new last year, I had the inverter shut down while i was trying to learn the system. However, while using it withj the little refridgerator, or running a fan on the inverter outlets, everything worked fine. That's more than a 50 Watt load though.

I talked to their tech support and this is what works.
Ok. Once I unplugged the remote I could wake it up at the main box power button. Turn off then back on again.
I also found out I can wake it up if I leave the main box power off. I can turn it on and off and wake it up with the remote console.
And it's the Xantrex Freedom 2000 X.
Thanks for your help!
