2015 Passport ML199 Front Cap Delaminated

Is there a replacement plastic or fiberglass front cap to replace or cover the ugly wrinkled mess that is the front cap on my 2015 Keystone Passport Ultra Lite ML199?

I don't believe your Passport has a "front cap"... Rather it has a sheet of FILON that serves to cover the front. FILON is 1/8" fiberglass sheeting, routinely used in the RV industry for front/rear walls as well as laminated sidewalls. Any RV dealership will have (or can readily get) an appropriately sized sheet of FILON. As John said and as I can attest (having owned a Passport), the front and rear walls are not laminated like the sides. It is a sheet of Filon draped down from the top and adhered around the edges. It is commonly called a floating sheet. Over time, the adhesive loosens a bit and allows the Filon to migrate around causing it to wrinkle or become wavy. If it is in otherwise good condition, you might be able to rehabilitate it, or you can replace it. Either way, the process and amount of work are similar.
