As John said and as I can attest (having owned a Passport), the front and rear walls are not laminated like the sides. It is a sheet of Filon draped down from the top and adhered around the edges. It is commonly called a floating sheet. Over time, the adhesive loosens a bit and allows the Filon to migrate around causing it to wrinkle or become wavy. If it is in otherwise good condition, you might be able to rehabilitate it, or you can replace it. Either way, the process and amount of work are similar.
