Fuzion 373Dometic 3 unit AC system

Two of the three units went down with condensation in the remote thermostats. None available to buy.
Can the thermostats be wired around so they will be allowed to run?

Turns out that the thermostats filled up with liquid from condensation and shorted out.
Part #3316945.000 replacement .021, new replacement, .041, still none available!

I just want to hard wire past the thermostat and let it run wide open….
