Victron switchover.

I have a 2024 avalanche. Trying to change over magnum dimension inverter over to Victron inverter. I tried this weekend and failed. I put the MD back in as I did get any !2v power. Has anyone had success doing diy.

It should be straight forward. 12VDC in, 120VAC in and 120VAC out.

Is there a fuse, circuit breaker not letting 12V through.

I am trying to eliminate the MD. I replaced the 50amp service from the 50amp supply from the Victron. What do I do with the wire from the MD when I remove it. This seems to be the issue. After removing the MD I have the IN & OUT wire? I wired the 50amp service from the Victron. But after eliminating the MD and installing the Victron into the 50amp service, I did have any service in the camper.

I thought about looping them the IN/OUT from the MD together? But I didn't want to "fry" anything in the 2024 5th wheel. My wife was already giving me the evil eye (LOL). After that I removed the Victron; put back the MD and everything worked again.

Though I don't have an answer folks might appreciate WHICH Victron you are installing, there are many versions.

Does the MD have 2 AC ins and outs, and the Victron doesn’t?
