2017 Passport 2670 Slide-out Jammed

I brought my 2017 Passport home, parked it in the driveway, leveled it and when I attempted to open the slide-out, it moved for a second and started making screeching noise on the front side and will not open. I can get it to close and when I attempted to open a couple of times, the same thing occurred.

It is a cable system and when it is closed and you look at the cables on the inside, front of the camper, they are loose. The cables above the slide out, one is loose and hanging, the other is tight.

The motor appears to be working and the cable side to open seems to want to work. The sound is only coming from the front side. The cables appear to be in the pulleys, but cannot get it to move enough to determine if the pulleys are turning or what.

I'm guessing it is the pulleys or something under the slide-out in the path as it moves out.

I'm looking for any advice on how to troubleshoot this.
Thank you
