Slide not all way out

Hello, we have a 2018 Sprinter 333FKS.
We got to camp ground, got trailer leveled. Slides went out fine. I’ve noticed the one slide that has the dining table and two recliners doesn’t go flat on the rug, like it use to. Ran it back in, looked to see if anything was trapped under or on sides of slide. Don’t see anything. Opened the slide again and seems to go out, but not drop and sit on floor like it did. Any ideas! Thank you in advance!

What type of slide is it? Cable operated or RAM operated (through the frame RAM) ??

Also, when it is "out as far as it goes" did you check the inside perimeter molding? Is it even? is there more space between the trailer sidewall at the top of the side moldings or is that space even and equal at the top and at the bottom?

Hubby said it’s cable operated. He’s checked both sides, top/ bottom and it’s all same all around. I should say it looks like it all the way out, just not dropped down flat with floor, if that makes sense.
