What would cause the bubble when I flush. Also Can I snake the toilet in the RV like I would a house toilet, to help with it clogging up?

Generally the toilet sits directly over the black tank and your “business” drops straight down into the tank like a glorified outhouse. Turn off the water, press the foot valve and look straight down into the tank. Not a pleasant sight, but a look will tell you it’s not likely clogged in the common sense. It could be the dreaded poo-pyramid from not using enough water when flushing. Another real possibility is that the tank vent is blocked and the only make-up air is coming from the toilet instead of the vent, thus the “burp”. You can try pulling the circular vent cap on the roof and check for a wasp nest, or flush some water down the vent from above and see if that helps.
